Delivery time usually takes 2-7 business days within Australia, and may take longer depending on the area of destination and shipping service.
Please keep in mind Holiday season may take longer than usual delivery times.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. international shipment is through DHL express. Final cost is calculated after check out. Estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on location and season(peak).
We are still working with our international shipping. There maybe countries that Australia may not ship to that we are not aware of. Please send us an enquiry for further information.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we ship to New Zealand, US, Canada, Singapore, Philippines. Please message for any other country not listed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?
- Some items may not be eligible for refund due to COVID 19 restrictions.
- Exchange is not permitted.
- Measurement is highly recommended for accurate sizing.
- Items to be return should be on its original state and not washed.
- Change of mind cancellation is not accepted.
- Eligible refund will be process within 24 hours after approval.
- We only refund the item/s. Shipping fee is not refunded.
