Customers are strongly encouraged to measure body size for preferred fit, and as much as possible avoid returns. Due to Covid 19, health and safety of our customers is our priority. Thus, we strongly discouraged returns.

However, damaged product is acceptable for refund after inspection. Item/s are checked before shipping to our customers. Receiving damaged products is less likely to happened.

We only accept refund and returns within 30 days. Refund and return request outside 30 days are not accepted anymore.

Item/s to be returned must be in its original state and not washed. 

The receipt or proof of purchase must be included in return items ship to our address.

Shipping fee is not refunded, only the item/s purchased.

No change of mind exchange or return.

Refunds

We send you email notification after we have received and inspected the return item/s. We will also let you know if the return is eligible for refund or not.

When your refund is approved, we will start the refund process immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Please check your bank first.  It may take a certain period of days before your refund appears in your bank account.

Sale items

Sale items are not refunded. Refund only applies to regular priced items.

Exchanges

No change of mind exchange or returns. Only damaged items are eligible for refund.

Shipping costs is not refunded. We only refund the item/s, shipping cost not included.

Exchanged item/s delivery varies with postcode and state.

Please consider trackable service when shipping returns to ensure we received the returns at the earliest time, and we can start the refund process if eligible.
